Tattoo Removal
Tattoo removal treatment has been performed by Nano second and Pico second Nd:YAG Lasers. The lasers deliver ultra-short pulses to break the ink particles by a photoacoustic treatment effect, leaving the surrounding tissues unaffected. During the laser treatment, it shows a laser mark on the tattoo lesion, called 'frosting' with typically light grey or white in color. With 532nm and 1064 nm wavelengths, Q-switched Nd:YAG (Nano second) and Picosecond Nd:YAG can treat different tattoo colors, superficial, and deep dermal tattoo lesions.
Especially, Picosecond laser (Picore & PicoreMax) has Pico second ultra short pulse which give raid rise of temperature in the particle. It induces an extremely fast expansion in the particle and generates a mechanical (acoustic) wave make the even the smallest pigment fragments will shatter. The tattoo removal by Pico second laser (Picore and PicoreMax) requires fewer treatment sessions with less discomfort.

It reduces the number of session and time from the current other Pico second tattoo removal treatments.
The tattoo removal must be considered by several factors as below. With these factors, treatment session number would be different.
Skin type
The darker the skin, the lower the energy and more treatments are required.
Location
Areas with less blood circulation require more treatment (since ink particles crushed by laser are discharged by blood and lymph circulation).
Amount of Ink
The higher the amount of tattoo ink, the more treatment is required (the darker the tattoo).
Ink Layering
If the tattoo is made of multiple layers, more procedures are required.
Scaring & tissue Changes
If the tissue is easy to scaring, more treatments are
required.
Colors
If the tattoo has a lot of color, more treatment is needed.
